Mindful Gentle Yoga

Students will need to bring their own mat and are encouraged to also bring a blanket or towel to kneel on. Class held in the community room of the church sanctuary building, to your left as you enter the church parking lot. Sliding scale donation: $6 to $15 a class.
Mindful Gentle Yoga is designed to promote relaxation, increase range of motion, gently strengthen and lengthen muscles through slow simple movements and longer held stretches. Poses and exploratory movements may vary with each class. Students are not required to participate in every pose however they will be invited to stand, kneel, bear weight on their arms, balance and lay down. Pose variations will be offered. Blocks and straps will be provided as needed.

Katherine’s “All Levels” at Dharma Yoga, is a basic class designed to wake up, warm up and balance the body/ heart-mind/ spirit. Classes are theme based with some challenging poses, flows, balancing postures, sun salutations, longer holds and sweet stretches. Drop in $15. New students pack: 3 classes for $35.
