Katherine Winge C-IAYT teaches yoga, meditation and mindful self-compassion, to a wide variety of students. What all her classes have in common are: breath, awareness, self-kindness and mindful curiosity.

About Katherine

Through years of yogic studies, practice, teaching and personal injury recovery, I’ve found attention to alignment, modifications and a non-competitive attitude are key components to health and wellness. I am a certified C-IAYT yoga therapist and have 1000 hours of yoga and meditation teacher training. Some of my formal studies include: Mindful Self-Compassion, Tibetan Heart Yoga, Aqua Kriya Yoga Specialist, Anatomy of the Chakra’s, tibetan buddhist philosophy, subtle body practices and meditation.
