Kids Yoga and Meditation

Currently offering kids meditation through the city of Austin’s Lending Library Program.

About Katherine

Through years of yogic studies, practice, teaching and personal injury recovery, I’ve found attention to alignment, modifications and a non-competitive attitude are key components to health and wellness. I am a certified C-IAYT yoga therapist and have 1000 hours of yoga and meditation teacher training. Some of my formal studies include: Mindful Self-Compassion, Tibetan Heart Yoga, Aqua Kriya Yoga Specialist, Anatomy of the Chakra’s, tibetan buddhist philosophy, subtle body practices and meditation.
